Plein-air pen and wash on paper

PAN is the acronym used for Plein Air Nanaimo, which is the moniker used for a group of people who get together every Monday morning in the summer to make a painting, a sketch or a drawing on a location in or around Nanaimo.

We attended again this morning after a three-week absence. Today we met  at the Chinese cemetery;  unfortunately it rained a bit on and off, but most of us managed to capture an impression of this site. Usually the event is concluded with a “show and tell” at a nearby coffee shop.
